At Jambr, we design every product with intention and we approach shipping the same way. Our goal is to deliver a smooth, transparent, and reliable experience from the moment you place your order to the moment your essentials arrive at your door.

 

This Shipping Policy outlines how we process, pack, dispatch, and deliver orders across Australia and internationally. It also explains delivery timeframes, shipping fees, tracking, fulfilment procedures, and what to expect at every stage of the journey.

1. Order Processing

1.1 Processing Time

All orders placed through jambr.com are processed within 1–2 business days. During peak periods including holidays, promotional events, or new product launches processing times may extend to 3–5 business days. We work hard to keep delays minimal and will always communicate transparently if extended processing times occur.

Orders are processed Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays in Queensland, Australia. Orders placed after 12:00 PM AEST may begin processing the following business day.

1.2 Order Verification

To protect our customers and maintain secure transactions, some orders may require additional verification. This may include confirming shipping details, payment information, or identity verification for high‑value orders. If verification is required, our team will contact you directly.

1.3 Order Changes & Cancellations

Once an order has entered processing, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations. If you need to update your shipping address, modify your order, or request cancellation, please contact us immediately at support@jambr.com. We will do our best to assist before your order is dispatched.

2. Shipping Locations

2.1 Domestic Shipping (Australia)

Jambr ships Australia‑wide, including all metropolitan, regional, and rural areas. We partner with trusted carriers to ensure reliable delivery across the country.

2.2 International Shipping 

We currently ship to select international destinations. Availability may vary depending on carrier restrictions, customs regulations, and product eligibility. If your country is not listed at checkout, please contact us for assistance.

International customers are responsible for any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their local authorities.

3. Shipping Methods & Delivery Timeframes

3.1 Standard Shipping (Australia)

Standard delivery typically takes 3–8 business days, depending on your location. Metro areas generally receive orders faster, while rural and remote regions may require additional time.

3.2 Express Shipping (Australia)

Express delivery typically takes 1–3 business days. This option is recommended for time‑sensitive orders or gifts.

3.3 International Shipping

International delivery times vary by destination, customs processing, and carrier availability. Typical delivery windows range from 7–21 business days. Some regions may experience longer transit times due to customs inspections or local postal delays.

3.4 Delivery Estimates

All delivery timeframes provided at checkout are estimates only. While we work closely with our carriers to ensure timely delivery, external factors such as weather events, customs delays, or carrier disruptions may impact delivery times.

4. Shipping Fees

Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your location, order weight, and selected shipping method. Jambr aims to keep shipping costs fair, transparent, and reflective of the actual cost of delivery

4.1 Free Shipping

We occasionally offer free shipping promotions. When available, eligibility will be clearly displayed on our website or communicated through our marketing channels.

4.2 Additional Charges

Large or heavy items may incur additional shipping fees. These will be displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

International customers may be responsible for customs duties, VAT, or import taxes. These charges are not included in Jambr’s shipping fees and must be paid by the recipient.

5. Order Tracking

5.1 Tracking Information

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number and a link to track your parcel. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after dispatch

5.2 Tracking Delays

Tracking information may occasionally experience delays due to carrier processing times or limited scan events. If your tracking has not updated for more than 72 hours, please contact our support team for assistance.

6. Packaging & Sustainability

At Jambr, we believe organisation and sustainability go hand in hand. Our packaging is intentionally designed to be protective, minimal, and environmentally conscious.

6.1 Packaging Materials

We use a combination of recyclable mailers, cardboard boxes, and protective inserts to ensure your products arrive safely. Whenever possible, we avoid unnecessary plastics and excess packaging.

6.2 Bundled Orders

If you purchase multiple items, they may be shipped together or separately depending on stock availability and warehouse logistics. You will receive tracking information for each parcel.

7. Delivery Issues

7.1 Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address, additional shipping fees may apply to resend the parcel.

7.2 Lost or Missing Parcels

If your parcel is marked as delivered but cannot be located, please check with household members, neighbours, building management, or your local post office. If the parcel remains missing, contact us within 7 days of the marked delivery date so we can investigate with the carrier.

7.3 Damaged Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours with photos of the packaging and product. We will assess the issue and arrange a replacement or solution.

7.4 Delayed Parcels

While we strive for timely delivery, delays can occur due to carrier disruptions, weather conditions, or customs processing. If your order is significantly delayed, our team will assist in tracking and resolving the issue.

8. International Customs & Duties

International shipments may be subject to customs inspections, import duties, taxes, or handling fees. These charges are determined by your local government and are not included in Jambr’s shipping fees.

8.1 Customer Responsibility

The recipient is responsible for paying any applicable customs or import fees. Failure to pay these fees may result in the parcel being returned or destroyed by customs authorities.

8.2 Customs Delays

Customs processing times vary by country and may extend delivery timeframes. Jambr is not responsible for delays caused by customs inspections or local postal services.

9. Pre‑Orders & Backorders

9.1 Pre‑Order Items

If you purchase a pre‑order item, the estimated dispatch date will be displayed on the product page. Pre‑order dates are estimates and may change due to production or shipping delays. We will notify you of any significant changes

9.2 Mixed Orders

If your order contains both in‑stock and pre‑order items, we may ship them separately. Additional tracking numbers will be provided if multiple parcels are dispatched.

10. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the carrier is unable to deliver your parcel due to an inaccessible address, absence of a safe drop location, or failure to collect from a designated pickup point, the parcel may be returned to us. Additional shipping fees may apply to resend the order.
